Not all Pilates is created equal, and as such, not all Pilates Teacher Training Programs are either.

L Studio Pilates is will soon be a Training Center for U.S. Pilates® — successor to the United States Pilates Association — which certifies Instructors through the Classical Pilates USA® Teacher Certification Program. Through 600 hours of observation, practice and teaching, apprentices form a deep understanding of the full Classical Pilates repertoire. Our mission is to teach the next generation and remain true to the Authentic Pilates™ method.
